On February 26th, Shenzhen Feixiang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Feixiang Technology") initiated counseling and filing with the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau, with the counseling agency being China Merchants Securities.

It is worth noting that this is not the company's first IPO. As early as October 2022, Feixiang Technology's IPO application documents on the Science and Technology Innovation Board were accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In September 2024, the company and its sponsor withdrew their application for IPO from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the Shanghai Stock Exchange terminated the company's IPO review in October 2024. 

Feixiang Technology was established in 2015, formerly known as Shenzhen National Feixiang Technology Co., Ltd. Feixiang Technology was the first company to mass produce 5G RF front-end chips on a domestic GaAs process platform, and is currently the domestic RF front-end chip company with the highest shipment volume using domestic GaAs process. Its RF front-end chip has covered communication of various network standards such as 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi Fi, and NB IoT; Compatible with mainstream cellular baseband communication platforms such as Qualcomm, MediaTek, Spreadtrum, ZTE, etc, Broadcom、Realtek、 MediaTek and other Wi Fi platforms, as well as Aojie Technology's NB IoT platform.

With years of technological accumulation and R&D innovation in the field of RF front-end chips, the company was the first in China to launch a complete solution for mobile RF front-end supporting all 5G frequency bands in 2020. It has now produced high integration 5G modules such as L-PAMiF, PAMiF, and L-FEM. The more technically challenging high integration 5G modules L-PAMiD and L-iFEM have been designed and sample validation has begun.

After years of development, Feixiang Technology's products have entered well-known brands such as Honor, Xiaomi, Samsung, Lenovo, Transsion, vivo, Realme, and have become suppliers to well-known ODM manufacturers such as Huaqin Technology, Wentai Technology, Tianlong Mobile, Longqi Technology, and Zhongnuo Communication.
